Information we may collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, organisation, email address, phone number, enquiry, service request, account information and product-access purpose.
For security and system administration, we may also process limited technical information such as timestamps, IP addresses, browser information, authentication events and audit records.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, review access requests, provide requested services, operate accounts, improve systems, prevent misuse and communicate relevant updates.
UNIDA does not require users to submit passwords, payment secrets or highly sensitive operational information through public forms.
Accounts and private product access
Creating an account does not automatically grant access to private product information. Access may require a separate review, approval, invitation or role-based permission.
Access may be limited, expired or revoked where necessary for security, compliance or responsible product review.
Security
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their credentials and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Information retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, service delivery, security, record keeping, dispute handling and applicable legal or operational requirements.
Hosting and service providers
UNIDA may use trusted hosting, email, communication, security, analytics or infrastructure providers when necessary to operate its services. Providers should receive only information required for their assigned function.
Your choices
You may contact UNIDA to request correction of inaccurate contact information, ask a privacy question, unsubscribe from general updates or request review of information associated with your account, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
Privacy enquiries
Privacy-related questions can be submitted through our contact page. Do not include account passwords or confidential credentials.
